Provides hands-on experience in the processes of film production through analysis, research and practical application. Explores the history and distribution of film, with attention to ethical and economic contexts. Includes work on film and event promotion, reviews, website and poster design, interviews, and grant allocation in collaboration with the UC Merced Human Rights Film Festival.
