Contemplates what happens when the world ends. Delves (without fear) into a diverse selection of historical and contemporary narratives of apocalypse and doomsday scenarios, while focusing on close reading and writing skills.Explores examples of apocalyptic literature from genres such as novels, plays, poems, and essays. Connections between texts and real-life issues related to climate change, extreme weather events, and environmental justice will also be explored.
