Catalog description

Provides students a quantitative understanding and appreciation of the physical and chemical principles that govern the behavior of biological macromolecules, including topics such as protein and nucleic acid structure, protein folding, molecular interactions, enzyme catalysis, and biochemical methods. Places a heavy emphasis on studying primary research literature.
