Catalog description

This course examines career development theories commonly used by school counselors in K-12 schools. Candidates apply their theoretical knowledge to provide career counseling and guidance to students at developmentally appropriate grade levels, including resources, technological tools, and assessments. This course also introduces aspects of academic counseling as it relates to vocational guidance and career development.
