Catalog description
Enrollment restricted to MLS and CLS students only. The purpose of this course is to provide insight into employment law and employment discrimination. This course introduces students to various opportunities and barriers that organizations face with respect to ensuring that their employment policies, procedures, and practices are consistent with various federal laws. Note: Students who previously enrolled in STAT: Employment Discrimination (LAW*180) or Employment Law (LAW*435) may not enroll in this course.
