Catalog description
This course covers the history and major themes of integral philosophy, yoga, and meditation, from the South Asian lineage of Sri Aurobindo and CIIS founder Haridas Chaudhuri to its relevance and applications to 21st century issues. Through meditations, readings, discussion, experiential exercises, critical analysis and lecture, this course will explore the integration of spirituality and social justice, therapeutic applications, and the role of Black, Indigenous, neurodivergent, disabled, feminist, queer and trans perspectives in an integral approach.
