Catalog description

Course Description: Theories and methodologies for determining, evaluating, and structuring financial aspects in an entrepreneurial context in new ventures and established companies. Building and evaluating business and revenue models, developing and using pro-forma financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow), valuing a business, and financing through various sources of capital. How financial aspects of new ventures and projects help define, value, and fund early-stage projects.
