Course Description: Year-long sequence on PDEs which covers linear transport, Laplace, heat, and wave equations, maximum principles, method of characteristics, Sobelev and Hölder space theory, weak derivatives, semilinear, quasilinear, and fully nonlinear elliptic/parabolic equations, nonlinear hyperbolic equations, and compensated compactness.
