Catalog description

Course Description: Earn academic credit in the fall and spring semesters in a variety of labor and employment law settings, including employment discrimination and public sector labor law. Observe and participate in investigations, conduct interviews, draft pleadings, and attend hearings. Past placements have included the EEOC, the Legal Aid Society’s Employment Law Center and various CA Attorney General Divisions.
