Course Description: Aspects of project management and delivery such as estimating, scheduling, scoping, contract law, and construction of all types of civil and mechanical engineering infrastructure. Contractor, supplier, consultant, and owner point of view, including consideration of construction in design. Engagement with guest speakers featuring industry and government leaders followed by discussions.
