Catalog description

Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite(s): Junior Standing This course examines the promises and pitfalls of regenerative agriculture as a climate solution. It discusses the numerous approaches to regenerative agriculture principles, practices, and outcomes through spotlighting farmers and initiatives that aim to increase climate resiliency by improving soil health and biodiversity. Students will learn about various regenerative agriculture certifications, government programs, and contemporary debates.
