Four hours lecture per week Recommended: None. For those with no knowledge of Spanish. Those with knowledge beyond the scope of this course will be required to take a higher-level course. While developing basic functional proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, students acquire cultural understanding about the Spanish-speaking world.
