Three hours seminar per week Prerequisite(s): Admission into Psychology MA program or Permission of Instructor This course examines human behavior in the context of organizational life. Topics include motivation, job satisfaction, communication, leadership, group processes, decision-making, conflict, cooperation, power and organization development, organizational change, personnel selection, test validation, job analysis, and employee performance appraisal.
