Catalog description

Three hours seminar and two hours activity per week Prerequisite(s): Admission into Psychology MA program or Permission of Instructor This course involves an intensive study of analysis of variance and covariance (ANOVA/ANCOVA) designs and analyses. Topics include single and multi-factor designs, repeated measures, mixed designs and more complex ANOVA/ANCOVA designs. Fixed effect vs . random effect models, data transformations, post hoc tests, planned comparisons, analysis of simple main effects, effect size, power, and trend analysis will be covered.
