Field Research Methods

Catalog description

Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite(s): PSY 300 and PSY 301 ; and MATH 200 or PSY 202 / MATH 202 Principles and practices of field research methods in basic and applied social science research settings. The relationship between field and laboratory studies are highlighted with a special emphasis on survey and evaluation research methods and study designs, client and respondent relationships, and research and public policy.
