Primary Care Across the Lifespan II Practicum

Variable hours per week Prerequisite(s): NRS 520 and NRS 521 with grades of C or better Corequisite(s): NRS 524 The nurse practitioner practicum experience provides the student with an opportunity to assume responsibility for the primary healthcare services of individuals and families across the life span under the supervision of an established nurse practitioner and/or physician preceptor. This practicum is the second of three clinical rotations and will focus on the care of individuals with acute health problems.
