Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite(s): NRS 300 , NRS 301 and NRS 304 Corequisite(s): NRS 313 , NRS 306 This course focuses on adult patients experiencing acute and chronic health alterations that require medical and/or surgical intervention. Emphasis is placed on providing patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, informatics, safety, communication, leadership, and professionalism for achievement of optimal patient outcomes.
