Catalog description

One to three hours independent study per week Prerequisite(s): Consent of Instructor Provides music students the opportunity to pursue special interests or research not offered in the regular curriculum. Students prepare a proposal and conduct in-depth research on an appropriate topic in music and craft a final project. The instructor for the course must approve the proposed study and agree to provide continuing supervision of the work. Repeatable by topic
