Two hours activity per week Prerequisite(s): Consent of Instructor Students examine and perform a wide range of contemporary musical styles including jazz, rock, and popular music with an emphasis on the development of skills needed to perform within a specialized ensemble. Topics include writing a musical arrangement, rehearsal etiquette, and public performance. Repeat 4 times up to 4 units
