Catalog description

Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Master of Science Digital Marketing program. Equips students with the essential skills and knowledge needed to plan, execute, and evaluate digital marketing projects and campaigns. Students will learn to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives, stay within budget, and are delivered on time. The course covers key principles of project management, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and performance measurement. In addition to traditional project management techniques, the course delves into the specifics of managing digital marketing campaigns such as campaign planning, audience targeting, content creation, multi-channel execution, performance analytics, and communicating the results to the client.
