Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite(s): MHA 500 This course explores effective and participatory communication in healthcare organizational settings. Through case studies and class discussion, coursework focuses on strengthening communication competency in presentation skills, persuasion, leadership in meetings, and problem-solving, giving students the ability to lead and communicate in today’s highly diverse workplace.
