Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite(s): MHA 500 This course will explore concepts and strategies to position healthcare organizations for success in a dynamic environment. Competition and innovation in the healthcare market will be explored. Students will learn how to conduct internal and external analyses, develop goals and objectives, define metrics and track progress, and vision and goal setting.
