Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite(s): MHA 500 This course will explore leadership approaches to managing healthcare organizations, dynamic environments, and change management. Will cover management concepts and theories designed to influence and improve the performance of healthcare organizations, identify external and internal environments of organizations, as well as key management functions, roles, and responsibilities.
