Management of Older Adults Services

Catalog description

Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite(s): GERO 500 Exploration of current programs available to older adults with an emphasis on the concepts, issues, and approaches to management which impact equitable and culturally competent service delivery. Background on leadership and theories of administration, service/system management, communication, networking and resource management will be explored.
