Catalog description

Two hours activity per week Training in a wide variety of ancillary field skills necessary to safely and professionally work as a field scientist. Skills include basic first aid, wilderness first aid, communication (via cell, satellite, and radio), site assessment, basic camping and survival skills, basic orienteering, personal safety, and related competencies necessary to fieldwork. Repeat 3 times up to 3 units Course Fee $25.00 and Travel Fee $0-$500.00
