Four hours of lecture/discussion per week Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Multiple Subject Teaching Credential program Focuses on curriculum for History, Social Sciences, and Arts as delineated by the California Content Area Standards and the Curriculum Frameworks. Includes curriculum development, methods, techniques, planning, and assessment in history, social studies, and integrated arts. Needs of English Language Learners and exceptional children, and technology for teaching and learning are integrated.
