Variable hours per week Prerequisite(s): ECS 460, ECS 461, Senior standing and Program permission Corequisite(s): ECS 480, ECS 450 Early Childhood teaching experience in preschool and/or transitional kindergarten settings under the supervision of a mentor teacher and a university student teacher supervisor focusing culturally and developmentally appropriate teaching practices. Involves development, application, practice and reflection of teaching curriculum and assessment strategies in culturally diverse early childhood settings. Program permission required.
