Catalog description
Four hours lecture per week taught in the lab Prerequisite(s): Passing the Programming Placement Examination or COMP 105 ; and passing the Calculus Placement Examination or MATH 104 or MATH 105 Introduction to algorithms, their representation, design, structuring, analysis, and optimization. Introduces the concept of object paradigm, design and implementation of algorithms as structured programs in a high-level language. Course taught in a lab.
