Three hour lecture per week An exploration of African-American youth and societal dynamics using Hip Hop as a lens. This course delves into the interplay between the Hip Hop realm and the diverse political, corporate, and institutional forces shaping both local and global communities. Particular focus is given to Hip Hop’s influence on African-American heritage and cultural expression.
