Catalog description

Three hours lecture and three hours laboratory per week Prerequisite(s): BIOL 400 with a grade of C or better Theory and application of molecular biotechnology to problems in medicine, agriculture, forensics, and the environment. The laboratory portion of this course emphasizes technical skills in DNA and RNA manipulation, trouble-shooting, experimental design, and data interpretation.
