Three hours lecture and three hours lab per week Prerequisite(s): BIOL 200 Surveys the structure, nutritional requirements, ecology, and economic importance of fungi. Topics will include the impact of fungi both on natural ecosystems and human civilization with emphasis on the biology of fungi causing major diseases in humans.
