Three hours of lecture per week A continuing exploration of American Sign Language (ASL) and the visual and expressive skills needed for basic communication in ASL including finger-spelling, vocabulary, and grammar. Appreciation for the culture and diversity of the Deaf community, and the contributions of Deaf individuals to literature and the Arts. Graduation Requirement(s): Language with C- or better
