Six hours activity per week Prerequisite(s): ART 105 or ART 106 ; and ART 109 Explorations into a wide variety of ceramic ideas, techniques, and materials utilized in the development of hand-building methods as applied to sculptural and vessel forms. Basic competence with the potter’s wheel and a glimpse into the vast historical role of the material will also be covered.
