Reviews and examines theories and research on culture and how it relates to various aspects of organizations and management. Considers questions and situations related to public policy, ethics, and interdisciplinary collaboration projects and research. Utilizes learning and relevance of a cultural approach to enhance organizational effectiveness in a rapidly changing world. Communication focus emphasis in cultural sensitivity.
