Community Science

Catalog description

An experiential learning course for students to participate in science discovery and research projects to learn more about the world we live in. Students will participate in a focused project, centered on one or more science disciplines, to develop a question to study, collect and analyze data, and present the findings of the study. This course is recommended for students, both science majors and non-majors, who desire to participate in a hands-on science-based project with real world implications. Topics of projects will vary from semester to semester.
