Practicum in Spanish

Catalog description

The Practicum in Spanish is a three-unit, supervised course that provides a field experience for students majoring in Spanish to correlate with their educational and vocational objectives. The site and schedule of learning activities are to be chosen and assigned in consultation with the department chair or program director, under direction of the faculty supervisor. Students should expect to serve 100 hours at the practicum site over the course of the semester as well as meeting during their scheduled class time.
