Course focusing on proper body mechanics for physical activity and fitness programming. A review of relevant anatomy and pathology by joint with emphasis on proper body mechanics and various movement screening techniques to discern and correct improper mechanics. Classroom and lab hybrid. Lab experiences focused on developing motion analysis and movement screening skills.
