Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to prepare students to be future journalists by creating a high quality publication,The Banner. Students will learn to work within the guidelines of the university, the publisher of the newspaper. Students will learn to perform all tasks involved with the production of a bi-weekly publication, which includes meeting deadlines and completing assigned tasks. Students will maintain a positive and cooperative attitude toward student editors, advisor, and California Baptist University administration. A Christian team spirit and goal of excellence will be emulated and protected by all students in the class.
