Basic and Applied Pharmacology

Catalog description

This course presents general principles of pharmacology, including the pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetic, adverse reactions, and contraindications of drugs. Emphasis will be placed on classification and study of drugs according to origin, physical and chemical properties, therapeutic effect, and values, particularly of drugs used in dentistry.
