Sports Long-Form Production

Catalog description

This course teaches students how to create documentary-style feature segments in sports storytelling. Students will learn to research, pitch, and produce in-depth narratives that reveal the human stories behind sports. Emphasis is placed on story development, ethical reporting, and advanced production techniques in video and audio. Through case studies and hands-on projects, students will gain experience in all stages of production and create a polished long-form piece for their portfolio.
