Beginning Arabic II

Catalog description

An introductory course designed for students with beginner-level experience using Arabic. Emphasis is on continuing the development of basic skills in writing, reading, speaking, and listening to simple Arabic through a variety of activities. Upon course completion, students should be able to comprehend and respond with grammatical accuracy to spoken and written Arabic at the beginning intermediate level as well as demonstrate cultural awareness of the Arab and Islamic world, including from a Christian perspective.
