This course develops the knowledge and skills required to safely exercise the privileges and responsibilities of a Private Pilot. Topics include aerodynamics, aircraft systems, aircraft engines, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, the U.S. Airspace System, weight and balance, aircraft performance, aviation weather, flight publications, aeronautical charts, cross-country planning and navigation, flight physiology, and flight safety.
