Catalog description

The HRM Senior Project is the capstone experience of the Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management program — and it is designed to be exactly that: an experience. This course challenges students to bring together everything they have learned across the program and apply it to real-world HR practice. Using Snell and Morris's comprehensive framework as a strategic guide, students will demonstrate their mastery of core HR competencies by completing a significant, self-directed project that reflects the full scope of human resource management. From workforce planning and talent acquisition to compensation, employee relations, and organizational strategy, students will synthesize their knowledge into a cohesive, professional - quality deliverable that showcases their readiness to contribute to any organization from day one. This is not just a course — it is the beginning of a career.
