Catalog description

This course introduces students to the process of planning, creating, delivering, and evaluating employee training programs. Students will learn how organizations identify training needs, choose effective training methods, and measure whether training impr oves employee performance. The course covers classroom, on -the-job, and technology - based training, as well as leadership development and career growth. Students will also explore current trends and future changes in workplace learning and development.
