Catalog description
This course explores the psychological principles and theories that underpin effective talent management practices in today's organizations. Students will examine how human behavior, motivation, and individual differences influence key HR functions includi ng recruitment and selection, performance management, employee development, and retention. Drawing from the foundational frameworks in applied psychology, students will gain practical insight into how organizations can leverage an understanding of human be havior to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent. Upon completion, students will be equipped to apply psychological concepts to real -world HR challenges, making more informed, people-centered decisions in the workplace.
