This course develops advanced proficiency in medical coding using ICD - 10-CM, ICD -10-PCS, CPT, and HCPCS Level II coding systems. Students apply coding guidelines to complex inpatient and outpatient records across specialty areas including cardiology, ortho pedics, oncology, neurology, and emergency medicine.
