This course explores the role of artificial intelligence in modern digital marketing strategy. Students examine how AI technologies are transforming customer insights, marketing automation, personalization, and predictive analytics. The course introduces AI-powered tools used for marketing research, campaign optimization, content creation, and customer engagement. Students analyze real -world applications of AI in advertising platforms, recommendation systems, chatbots, and automated marketing workflows. Emp hasis is placed on understanding both the strategic opportunities and ethical considerations of AI adoption in digital marketing environments.
