This course examines legal regulations and ethical issues affecting digital marketing practices. Students explore advertising laws, data privacy regulations, consumer protection policies, and ethical frameworks guiding responsible marketing decisions. Topi cs include digital advertising compliance, intellectual property, data collection policies, privacy protection, and regulatory standards governing online platforms. Through case studies and applied scenarios, students learn how to design marketing strategi es that comply with legal requirements while maintaining ethical standards and consumer trust.
