Project Fundamentals, Part 1

Catalog description

This is the 1st part of a two -part course. Students will learn and prepare for general IT project management and prepare for the CompTIA Project+ which is ideal for IT professionals who need to manage smaller, less complex projects as part of their other j ob duties but still have foundational project management skills. Project+ is versatile because it covers essential project management concepts beyond the scope of just one methodology or framework. Lessons will focus on project management of IT projects with a focus on data building challenges.
