Catalog description

This course explores how to use GitHub Copilot in Visual Studio Code to enhance software development. Students learn to generate, edit, and refine code; apply prompt engineering techniques; validate and refactor code using doctests; and build responsive websites with HTML, CSS, and navigation. The course also covers generating and testing SQL queries, creating database schemas, and applying best practices for project organization, documentation, testing, and code quality.
